How to Move Your Assets between Ethereum and Polygon(Cross-Chain)-Mobile
Polygon Bridge
You need the following preparations:
1. Install a mobile wallet APP, such as TokenPocket, detailed tutorial can be viewed

2. Transfer supported assets to be cross-chain and enough ETH to your wallet address as fee
How to cross-chain
Note: To cross-chain from Ethereum to Polygon, your wallet network needs to be switched to Ethereum To cross-chain from Polygon to Ethereum, your wallet network needs to be switched to Polygon
1. Click [Discover] at the bottom of TokenPocket APP, then enter "Polygon Bridge" in the search bar at the top
2. Click【Polygon Bridge】
3. Choose the way to connect to the wallet, here choose MetaMask
4. Click [OK] to approve the account
5. After waiting for a while, it will jump to Polygon Bridge, then click [Back to Wallet] to select the token and click [Deposit]
6. Choose the cross-chain direction, currently cross-chain from the main Ethereum main network to Polygon, then enter the amount and click [Transfer]
7. After confirming the direction is from Ethereum to Polygon, click [Continue] to transfer
8. Confirm the gas cost for this cross-chain, then click [Continue]
9. Confirm the amount and network across the chain this time, and then click [Continue]
10. Click the [Confirm Payment] button
11. Wait patiently, seeing this prompt means that the cross-chain is complete
Note: It takes about ten minutes to cross-chain from Ethernet to Polygon, and it takes about three hours to cross-chain from Polygon to Ethernet.

Some exchanges support the withdrawal of Polygon network tokens, such as Matcha Exchange, OKEX Chain (currently only supports withdrawal to Polygon, and does not support deposit from Polygon at the moment)
Only support the deposit and withdrawal of some assets with daily limit, please confirm in advance (USDT, DAI, USDC)
